GIPS Lite

GIPS Lite is a Single Page Application (SPA) implemented as static files that displays the Points of Injection and its constraints. It's all that's needed to satisfy FERC 2023 Heatmap requirements.

What Lite displays​

  • The list of interconnections.
  • A list of constraints for each interconnection.
  • An interactive map of all buses, with the capacity surface at low zoom.
  • Any data layers the administrator provisioned, in the legend and in a table below the map.
  • The Streets and Aerial basemaps and the power infrastructure layers.
  • The Methodology panel, when there is content to read.

The display of harmers, branch constraints, and transformers on the map are GIPS Pro features. Tour steps that name the harmers table are skipped in Lite, which has no such table.
